Never have problems like this with Mercy or UW, Time to transfer everything
September 16th My son was brought in with head trauma, Dr released him, told him he could drive. No contact or dr's name on release paperwork. I had to go in and request in case i needed it, nurse was so rude! I asked why no CT scan was done? It is common practice with major blows to the head to do a CT scan!Flash forward and my son is now having to do therapy, seeing a concussion specialist and will more than likely need to drop out of semester of college. Worst experience ever from a hospital would like to file formal complaint-but they arent worth my time. Cant recommend going to Fort Hospital
For Dermatology waited 46 minutes past the appointment time for the doctor to come in, spent ten minutes left, came back 15 minutes later, I asked questions about my son, when there were other questions he straight said he had to see other patients. Had to go get a nurse to finish appointment after an hour and a half.
Nurses were nice, but the doctor was condescending and rude. Also ordered an expensive and unnecessary test without my knowledge. If you've got the choice, go somewhere else.
Tried calling there number listed on there website... 10 times still no answer. Very frustrating!! Every time I go there they falsely diagnose me and then I follow up with my doctor who diagnoses me with something completely different. This is the worst hospital I've ever been to!! The only good nurse there is Stephanie, everyone else is brain dead clueless and RUDE! Especially the drs!!!
The radiology department is an absolute joke. That have cancelled my last two appointments, leaving me in pain for the last month and a half and want to make it two months. Don't let this happen to you or your family too.
