Very nice dinner playhouse. Poor handicapped parking and access, spread out like a mall food court. Needs more restrooms. Average food quality, excellent service. Exceptional performances. GOOD value for the money. Great Web page for booking.
We had the special events package. More valuable than cost. The meal was esquite. The entries we're melt in your mouth. Included was drinks ... regular or non-alcoholic... Both were very good. Service was very, very good. The show was good...we especially enjoy the Christmas program and the Christian Concerts.
Dinner was good, but the wait staff was very slow, and at times, very inattentive. Had to wait for at least 15 minutes to get a second drink, and that was only after I flagged a staff leader down and asked for one. Same for dessert. The show itself was great, and ushers were very helpful, but the theatre had a LOT of obstructed views. I might possibly go again, but it wasn't what everyone raves about.
We've been coming to Fireside Dinner Theater for many years and often share this time with family and for special occasions. We always stick with the featured menu - it never disappoints. No need to even consider other options. Their choices of musicals must be spot on for a large range of people because I'm always I interested in at least 3 performance offerings per season. And finally, the shows are always wonderful.
We have been coming to the Fireside for over 10 years. It is always an enchanting evening. The meal is always an elegant 5 course meal. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly snd the shows are very entertaining. The Fireside is located in Fort Atkinson Wisconsin about 2 hours from Chicago. The cost is about 80 dollars per person. That includes the dinner and the show. There are hotels nearby which make for a nice weekend getaway.
